 THE BEATLES AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL, August 23, 1964. Tickets sold for $3-$7. The sold out concert to a crowd of 18,700 fans began with 'TWIST AND SHOUT' and ended with 'LONG TALL SALLY.' THE BEATLES returned August 29-30, 1965. An album containing hits recorded from both concerts, 'The Beatles at the Hollywood Bowl,' was released May 7, 1977.
